provide free advertisement for Black American businesses and
services. The
second is to provide a
one-stop
source where we (The Public) can find those businesses and
services
when we need
to. The third is to
provide advertising for anyone who has a useful service
and would like
to advertise their service for free, such as:

In Sales: For those who work in sales for a
living in places such as Automtive Dealerships, Furniture
Stores, Real Estate Sales, etc. Let the public know where to find you by signing
up
for our Free advertising.
Send us your name and your business address and we will list
you on our website.
Do
You Have Products To Sell: For those
who sell
products on the side to make extra money or do it full time, such as Avon,
Body Magic, Vitamins, etc. Many people
are looking for the products you are sellingl. Let people know how to
contact you by signing up on our website. Send us your
information and we will get it out to public for you.
Showcase
Your Talents and Skills:
If you write poems, love painting, or enjoy singing
etc.
Send us your work or a link for something you have posted on
www.YouTube.com

My Story | Where did
BlackAmericaLibrary.com come from?

After
two years going around this country as a tractor trailer
driver picking up and delivering products.
I notice I wasn't going to any
Black owned businesses. I
knew there was Black owned businesses out here, so I tried to
sell
myself on the idea "I must have missed them or I just didn't
know
if I went to one or not" but I knew I hadn't.
For some reason I couldn't dismiss the thought. I
started
searching for black owned businesses
anywhere I could. I started
asking other people, going on line, looking in phone books and every
place I could
think of to see if I could find at least one place that listed Black
Americans in business. I couldn't find one
source that listed them all in one place.
Then, an idea came to me to design a website where Black
people in business could list their businesses or
services.
To provide a place where the public can find them all in one
place. And, to provide a service where any black person
providing
a useful service could advertise for free. We wanted our
services to include those people who work as professionals in
sales,
for those who have
products to sell, for those that have talents and skills. We
wanted to provide a service that would encourage
those who
wanted
to start their own business to go ahead and start it.
At least they would have a place they can advertise
their
business or service once they were ready to get started.
On the right side of this page, there are businesses and
services
listed. One of our favor saying is "You would be surprise to
know
how many Black people in business are right around the corner from
where you live". Sometime we think just because we
know someyone who own a business or service, we think everybody else knows them too.
But that's not true. I never knew any of those people
listed on the right side of this page until they sent us their
information.
And today, I am so happy they did because today
I know where some Black people in business are. If you know
of anyone who is providing a service, let them know about this
website and let us know who they are so we can contact them
and offer them our free advertising service.

people you know that has a business or service by going to our Contact
Us page and sending us any information you
have about them.
